draftWhat Vectryon is
Vectryon runs search advertising for your product within a monthly budget you set. It checks your spend every hour and stops the month's ads once the budget is reached, so a month can end slightly over — by what Google spent since the last check. It shows its work: every change it makes is in your decision log with its reason. A new website spends nothing until your Google Ads account is connected and your subscription is active.
Your part
You own your website, your ad accounts, and your monthly budget. Ads that carry a pricing, competitor, testimonial or regulated claim never run without your explicit approval — silence never approves anything. You can pause everything at any time with the kill switch; it takes effect immediately.
Money
Vectryon is a flat monthly subscription (design-partner terms may differ — yours are in writing separately). Ad spend goes to the ad platforms on your own accounts; it never passes through us. The engine works with the budget you set, however small, and never asks you for more.
Honesty clauses
We do not guarantee marketing outcomes. We guarantee that every change is in your log with its reason, that the log never flatters, and that spending stops at your monthly budget. Numbers are what Google and your site reported, each labelled with its source. If we are unsure, the product says so.
Leaving
Cancel any time; your ads keep running until the end of the period you paid for, then stop. Within 30 days of your first payment you can instead cancel and have that first $99 refunded, once, under Plan & billing; your ads then stop at once. Google's charges for your ads are Google's, and are not refunded. Your decision log and measurement data are exported or deleted when you ask — write to gaurav@invizid.com.
