Deleting your data
draftStop Vectryon using an ad account
In Vectryon, open the site's Settings and choose Disconnect. From then on Vectryon creates and changes nothing on that account; we keep a record that access was granted and when it stopped, until you ask us to delete your data. Campaigns already running stay on the ad platform until you pause them there.
You can also remove Vectryon from the platform itself, which ends its access just the same: for Google, in your Google Account under third-party connections; for Facebook and Instagram, in Facebook Settings under Business Integrations; for TikTok, in TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center under authorized apps.
Delete everything we hold about you
Write to gaurav@invizid.com from the email you sign in with, and say you want your data deleted. We delete your workspace: your sign-in, your sites, the access granted for every ad account you connected, everything Vectryon read from those accounts, the events your tracking tag sent, and your decision log. We reply to confirm when it is done.
Two things we keep, because the law requires them: invoices and payment records, which Stripe holds, for as long as tax rules say.
If a platform asked us to delete your data
When you remove Vectryon from Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, the platform may send us a deletion request on your behalf. We treat it the same as an email from you, for the data that came from that platform.
